Go back to the old tool store that is going out of business and search high an low 
This guy has herbrand, indestro, proto, sk, and a ton of other stuff. Good thing the funds are low because I would have dropped a few hundred in that store!! I paid twenty and some change for these wrenches!!

I have a set of those and they have been very handy. I picked up a set that went up to 20 or 21mm a few years ago off ebay. I think I paid $29 + shipping at the time but that was before prices on ebay started increasing. They came with the wrench roll also.
I had always like my grandfathers short offset box wrenches but couldn't find the style in metric. From what I remember it was SK and tool truck and that was about it. The SK were in the $80+ range and then I stumbled across the Duro's. Never regretted buying them instead of SK or tool truck.

I have two sets of those Duro/Indestro short double box wrenches that go from 6mm-20mm. I bought them in a closeout place around 20 years ago. I also picked up a set of double open end wrenches that went up to 32mm that day.
The short box wrenches are well made but walls of the box ends are noticeably thicker than my SK set. Good wrenches though, and short metric offset box wrenches are not that common to find cheap.
I like using this style wrench. There are times when the offset and length make these just the right tool. If I remember to throw the common sizes for the car I am working on in the cart, I almost always end up grabbing one for at least one bolt rather than just using a combination wrench.
