Modine Heater Hot Dawg Installation

I had my my 75K btu modine "professionally" installed a couple of weeks back and there's a few things that bother me regarding the installation.

I'll start with a couple of questions.

1: have you ever seen a unit installed using screw hooks and chain. Basically they installed a screw hooks into the strapping of my ceiling (steel ceiling) and ran chain to the heater... looks like ****, mainly because the chain is not straight (looks like a hanging basket)

Comment from the installer is "no one looks up and the hooks and chain way stronger then the screws Modine uses to hold the mounting rails

2: exhaust through the wall is B vent.. however they used a C vent elbow to connect the heater to the B bent. Is this legit?

3: how close does the sediment trap need to be to the unit.. On my set up it's outside the building near the tanks..

Easiest way to put this...theres no way I'd let an install like that fly here in my shop. The HVAC Guy I use is really good...not cheap by any means, but all his plumbing is exactly how I'd do it...neat, square, etc.

Seeing those pics, no question I'll be doing the install of my heater myself, and will be onsite when my fuel supplier places & plumbs the tank.

Given the heater's location (ie upper corner of all steel building with no combustibles nearby), I'd say it's safe even with "shortcut" of improper elbow on flue.

Exterior looks pretty well planned, but inside looks he installed which ever way was easiest for him . . . thus, the chain hangers. Unistrut attached to ceiling with threaded rods would have looked much better.

Curious what the pro's would say about that union right before a flex line . . .
. . . . why bother?? Why no drip leg up near heater??

Where are you located, and how much for the whole job (heater, parts & labor)??

How big is the LPG propane tank outside garage?? Is it secured to stay upright and not fall over??

How about posting a pic of exterior flue . . . that look right or cobbled??

IMO the 2 400 lb tanks appeared to be installed OK. they leveled the ground slightly (wasn't bad to start with) and placed what I'll call two large round patio stones on the leveled ground. Tanks were sent on the stones..

Should the Yellow sleeved / copper pipe coming off the the tanks not be in a loop to allow for some give if the tanks do settle a little. My brother pointed out snow coming off the steel roof could land on the tanks.

At this time I've avoiding posting pictures which may depict information on the parties involved with the installation. I plan to discus this with the sales rep next week.
