Help me identify this adjustable wrench?

I picked up this wrench along with a nicer one by "Irega" (Spain) at a boot sale last weekend. I wonder if anyone could help me identify the manufacturer? I'm guessing it's European in origin due to the DIN standard marked on the forging. The logo is quite distinctive, it looks like a cross hairs with the letter "K" inserted in the bottom right section. It's nothing special but I'd like to identify it if I can; it's 200mm or 8" long with a 25mm or 1" jaw capacity. Thanks.

looks chinese

Do you think? Any of the Chinese ones I've ever seen for sale have been stamped "China" and I've never seen a Chinese one with a DIN or EN standard stamped on them. Only cost me €1 anyway, so no big disappointment.
