I am trying to find the small pouches of threadlocker, less than 1ml.

I know I can buy them from industrial suppliers, Fastenal wanted 2 bucks each no matter if I ordered 10 or 1000. I will be needing 1000.

If you know of a source or are a source and can be in the 50-75 cent per range for a 242 loctite or equivalent please pm or post where to go.

Thank you greatly for your help.

PS this is what I want and please do not say why not just buy a bottle, the thread locker will be going into products that need to be installed with it, and I don't want to give the installer an excuse of why the part was not installed without it.

look in to places like ellsworthadhesives.ca adhesives and krayden.com . I deal with both regularly and between the two they should be able to get you what you want or at least provide a suitable cross.

I was under the impression that loctite did not sell directly just through vendors. In terms of the flyer idea, if I was dead set on Loctite then I would, but since I just want my bolts to stay I could care less what brand it is(non heavy duty application) so no need to be worried about using crappy threadlocker.

Look into a cross. My favorite epoxy is much better $ as 3M than as Loctite. Totally different animal than 242 though, so keep researching.
