I had a few of those many years ago. I'm thinking they are made by National and sold under store brands too.

I was thinking Kennedy. Though, that price might be because it's some unfamiliar brand.

I've only seen a sliding one like that once. It was a grey Craftsman on a junk store's floor. It was beat to hell, filled with easily recognizable Harbor Freight ****, and had a ridiculous price tag of $200.

At $5, I'd be jumping all over it. Any metal box without deep rust is worth that!
