Not bad for $23 after tax! Used a coupon code for Advance online and picked it up during lunch. Never thought I needed one till I watched a veteran BMW tech use one!!

Why would you not trust snap-on?

I've only seen one person say it can be inaccurate.. but still want to be sure

I'll be using it on head bolts first.. and really don't want those to be done wrong. After a few uses I'm sure I'll learn to trust this new fangled technology :)

Decided to try out a new folding utility knife. It's a REVO folding utility knife by TechniEdge (TE03-731)

It's nice and comfortable to use. I wish it had on-board storage for extra blades and it takes two hands to open it. The blades are made in the U.S.A and the body is made in China. Seems to be nicely built.

I like that color. Is that like a KR488 or something? What are the slots for? :dunno:

Had to sell most everything I owned to fund a cross country move. So I'm pretty much starting over. Picked up a few things from Sears today. Nutdriver set, Metric wrench set (NOS American), and some of the pro screwdrivers. Under a tight budget but trying to keep it to decent quality American stuff.

:thumbup::thumbup:

Just picked up this same set but the 1/4" ones as I was on the look out for 1/4" stuff at the time. I only walked on there to ask him whether my small pick had come in yet and saw them sitting there staring at me, couldn't resist. Love the headphones, they are great quality!

Been looking for some brake tools and ran across these on ebay, I got both the Snap On BTK5 set and BT11 for 91.50 shipped. That's almost 50 bucks cheaper than even my SEP price and and a third the retail price. After receiving them I couldn't be happier. These appear to have never been used.

Picked up a few snap on goodies today also but I will have to update with pictures later on as they are at work.

Picked up this 26 piece stanley Torx socket set. The short torx piece go up to T-80 which i'm pretty pleased about, The long torx are also something i've been after for a while. Set retails $50.00 at Canadian Tire, was on sale today for $19.99, plus I had a $10 promo card so the set ended up costing me $10!!

I also picked up a Magnetic organization board, I'm hoping it should free up a little room and make a few things look a little more organized in my socket draw.

I picked up the 5 piece campbell nailgun kit from Lowes as they were discontinuing them. For $70 Ican't complain as it will get me started and if I feel like i can really use them I'll upgrade in the future.

Just this second ive been looking at the bondhus keys, the 15pc metric is it a rubber "case"? easy to remove and replace the keys? any reason why you went for the gold?

Yeah i think it's rubber or something like it. I like the metric case more than the sae. They come out pretty good. I have other cheap sets so everything seems good to me haha.

I chose the gold because it seems to be as strong as the silver ones but was cheaper on amazon. I see a lot of people bash the gold plating like it's just hype but I always thought it was more common than the briteguard/silver. I use whatever gold snap-on hex sockets are plated with and they never seem to wear off.
