ive got a pair of SK 42472 ratchets, they are 1/2" drive flex head ratchets. Im looking for a rebuild kit that will upgrade it from a 48 tooth ratchet to possible a 72 or higher tooth ratchet, does anybody know what kits will cross over? Thanks!

Sk round head ratchets have the teeth embedded in the head, they are sized accordingly to the paw size. The Sk 72 tooth ratchets (facom) not only is a different design, it obviously carries a much small paw, thus wouldn't mate to the Sk head.
The facom S.158 is the comparable 72 tooth head, unsure if its a direct replacement on the Sk handle size wise. I'm 100% sure its not worth the trouble.. lol. The swing arc from 47 to 72 tooth just doesn't seem necessary in a 1/2" drive ratchet. IMO

thanks for the explanation, I just picked up matching 1/4" and 3/8" long flex head green hard handle snap on ratchets from the truck and wanted to make one of these match since I already had 2 of them from a deal a while back on here.
