Eh, depends on what you are looking for. What you are paying for in this one is condition. Those boxes IIRC are ~900-1K new. So if it is like new (meaning no dents, no rust, not scratched up to heck and back, works like a new box would) you could save some money compared to purchasing a new one. I have a feeling that the seller purchased it on a student discount at a drastically reduced price. If you can deal with a few dings and scratches, you can find better deals on larger boxes. That box is a standard 27" x 18".

One thing to keep in mind, and what alot of sellers will try to lie through their teeth about. When you purchase a new box you are purchasing a lifetime warranty, so if you ever need parts down the road SO will take care of you. HOWEVER, technically/legally as soon as that box is sold 2nd hand the warranty is void to the 2nd owner. I hear SO is really cracking down on this with the newer boxes such as that. So don't let the seller try to tell you it has "warranty for life". Yea some people will get lucky and be able to obtain parts for a 2nd hand box, but don't count on that. Just something to keep in mind. In summary, IMHO it is not a good deal for a tool box, but I guess a fair deal if you planned on purchasing that exact box in the near future. Just my 2¢

$500 would be the upper limit for that box, but going by the picture, it looks to be in good shape.
