I think the old ones like that were military production and have no warranty. If you have a snap on dealer he might know more. Best bet is to find a parts donor ratchet.

They are really shelf ornaments these days and collector items. Only way to fix it is to buy another one with other issues and swap parts out. Snap-on wont warrentee it anyway i wouldn't bother trying.

see, I'm old enough to remember when it said on the 2nd page of the Snap On Catalog.....

and I didn't buy off the truck......I went to the Snap On Warehouse that used to be in Torrance

so I bought directly from Snap On Corp

yes, I have my receipts......remember the shrinking hard handles? the truck ******* screwed them all up with random sized handles

I want Snap On to find me a set of Reed & Prince screwdrivers LOLOL

and replace the other 2 sets, the 3 magnetic ones and the cotter pin puller too
