Just about finished this project except having a hard time finding a artwork engraver to engrave skull and flames on the dynamic jaw. (sticker will have to work 4 now.) Some will think over the top and maybe so. Can't wait 4 a strong windy day!! Best it'll probably ever look, thanks 4 looking.

Very nice!

Is it going to sit outside?

Only when needed and warm enough 4 these ole'bones. During better weather we got alot family doings' going on and i've been thinking of a mobile flag stand. Its pushin 1300 lbs and i got hd casters under it.

i'm guessing you meant 1,300 pounds or is it really 6 tons? pretty awesome job and not surprised since you have huge vises sitting on a bench outside your shop that are on my wish list. how much does the Rigid vise weigh by itself without the awesome stand you made for it? also did you make a new handle for it or is that the one Rigid made for that big Muther? there are not enough thumbs on my hands to give you enough credit. NICE JOB!!!

Ur right about it being 1300, (fixed post). I don't remember what just the vise weighs, maybe around 200. The vice and stand came in 1 package off ebay. ($200) I had to go to New York labor day weekend to pick it up and visited a ol' friend nearby. Yes i made a new handle, old 1 hammer beat bad and wouldn't clean up smooth. Heres the post about when i got it.

Had 2 make my own rubber handle washers (4 "Mr Big") using 1/4" conveyor belt and trusty 100 year old gasket/pump leather cutter on drill. 1" id by 1 5/8" od. thanks 4 looking.
