Lifting wheel to park car(seen down under)

I've seen these little wheel that lifts the car to park 90 degrees Some where down under Austr/Chili?Hydraulic lifted 10" wheel under rear axle,any help thanks

I got a set of 4 mini dollies that I put my 66 C10 on and moved it on. Not exactly what they're supposed to be used for but it did work.

I'd love to have a set of those Go-Jacks, but at $1000 I probably never will. Anyone know of a source with a lower price?

I built a set out of some 2" angle iron and heavy duty casters... might have cost me $30?

Thanks for all of the Help, the Youtube one was a lot of help but this "Unit"Has it's own electric/hyd unit to lift and "motor"itself 10" pnu wheel ,I'll keep looking thanks again
