I recently sold one just like it on eBay for $51 and after shipping the guy paid $74 for it with no stand.

I also bought this same setup on a stand in August, $75 in western Washington. Spent 2 years looking for a Cman block grinder on CL. Outstanding deal on that one.

"Request with interest" sounds a little weak!

I would have written:

"I'll take the grinder/stand for $35. I have cash and will pick it up at your earliest convenience - I'm 20 minutes away. Call me at 555-1212. Thanks!"

I have not heard back from the poster. I will take your advice about being more specific. I have noticed some of these ads stay up for a long time, probably long after the sale is completed.
