The goal is to run 220 into the garage then break that down to one 220 outlet and maybe 5 or so 115 outlets and a couple shop lights. After that is wired up, insulate and if you can see the 40 sheets of pegboard in one of tonight's pics you know what comes next. LoL

Everything you see in the garage is Craigslist or HF sourced. You can just call me www.cheapbastard.com LoL I hate paying full price for anything. I just got the work bench and cabinet on Saturday for $250. The Proto box was $300 and the black Craftsman $175. That compressor was $50. Piston rod had snapped on previous owner. Ordered it from sears and fixed. The goal is to be able to push the project car into the garage when the New Year rolls around and get it running again before I leave for my next deployment in August.

Anyways enough rambling. Let me know what you guys think.

Nice solid brick house, and I like your garage. You will have it set up in no time to fit your work flow.

Thanks bro. Next week while I'm on leave I plan on doing the electrical, insulation and pegboard. Hopefully all goes well and I dont burn the place down. LoL

Good luck with the wiring. I just got done rewiring my garage today, the -15 degree days are getting a bit cold to be out there without a proper heater.

Nice starter.

I had a propane "torpedo" heater in my shop for a while. It made good heat but put out some nasty fumes. The vent less "brick" style are better but be careful. Any open flame can be a hazard in a shop, particularly when using rattle can paint and petroleum products in spray cans.

Yeah that's why I was shying away from the kerosene heaters. I didn't know the propane had a funky smell to it as well.
