The tiles you have appear to be a vct vinyl composition tile. Make sure you get the proper thin spread adhesive recommended by the manufacturer. Use some portland cement based floor patch and smooth the floor out as best as possible. Make sure to use a proper sized notched trowel to spread the adhesive. Most important.....roll the tile with at least a 100lb flooring roller to bed them into the glue properly...may have to rent one. Dont do that and they wont bond very well. If they have a "grain" to the coloring...you want to rotate every other tile 90 degrees so the "grain" is in a checkerboard pattern. Get what I mean? turning every other tile?
