Looks to be well built. Search on google and see if there are any reviews.
I built one, sold it, but had to build another one for the next project. The first one I built had all the bells and whistles and was beefy as hell. The second one is still stout, but I used some scrap to cut down on the steel costs. Still does the job just as good IMO.

For $1k it looks to be a great deal. I've been to shops where guys have these extremely overbuilt/elaborate spits using 4"x 3/16th" tube with gussets welded every three inches on the thing with chain driven electric motors to rotate the tub etc. etc.
They are really nice, but I'm a much simpler man only needing it to rotate when the weld/fab calls for it. Most of the time I leave it on the frame to keep my body square, and only place it on the spit to weld up the difficult areas I couldn't get to while on the frame.
To me, the rotisserie is a true asset for media blasting and painting since it gives you 360 degrees of access to the impossible areas to hit while it's on the frame or body dolly.
