Short story of getting my floor sealed up.
build thread: http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?p=3648054
Bought some sealer from a local concrete dealer here in town and after looking at the facts sheet he gave me with it I noticed it said that it was not resistant to gas or any automotive fluid. Called the guy and he informed me that at that time he wasnt aware of any floor sealer that was resistant to gas and oils. seemed kinda strange to me.
So I sent a private message to legacy industrial on the board, thinking it would be a day or two hearing back i was worried about my project slipping behind the time line i have setup for it. I sent the message at about 4pm and was amazed when i received a call at about 4:10pm asking about the concrete sealer question i had. What great customer service! ordered the product and had it very quickly. wasnt sure if i should spray or roll it..so again sent a message to legacy industrial and again the message was responded to very quickly, i would have to bet faster then any other business i have ever dealt with.
Ordered the HD-6600 in a matte finish from them and started applying it Monday after work at about 7-7:30 finished up first coat at about 8:30pm took a nap for 4-5 hrs to wait to be able to put second coat on. finished the second about 2am. turned out pretty good i think. Being that i have never put down floor sealer i found it very easy to use and got good results with it. No question if i have anymore sealing work to do i know where my first call is going to be!
