Garage door torn

Let's see if I can explain this:

My roll up garage door has a tear at the very top of the door. There is a screw through it from when the skin was mounted to the frame. The aluminum has torn right through the center of the screw hole. With the door up, I can look at the surface as once the door is up, it is horizontal. The door sags in the center and is getting worse. What do I do to fix it?

Is there a brace to stop the top section from sagging when open. Ive seen them crack without the added support of the brace.

Correct. Most aluminum or steel doors need one or more struts to support them. Your installation manual will tell you exactly where to install them.
