"P-49" 1/4" Handle Driver.....Who Made It??

This driver handle showed up in a small SK 1/4" drive set at a yard sale a few months ago and it's definitely not SK stuff. It looks a lot like the Plomb driver in both handle color and both have the female end on top. The font of the lettering is similar to the Plomb/Proto line too. I was wondering if anyone out there has ever seen one of these and had some insight to it. I guess it could be a Pennens or P&C, but that's just a guess.

Your spinner was made by some division of Pendleton and was sold via Coast-to-Coast stores as part of their Mastercraft line.

It's possible it was also provided to other retailers for their private labels too...
