Oh, yes, now THAT is a good discount, none of this 10% stuff you see some places offer. Time to do some shopping.

Oh, and OxJaw is right: you guys need to stick around and maintain a presence on the site. Having manufacturers here among us is great.

HOT CAST Urethane....different animal

Alright. I was going to say, I had an older Snap On deadblow and recently had to warranty it (plastic on the head cracked and fell apart). It looks EXACTLY like the cutaway on your website, welded head and all. I loved that hammer, have yet to try the new one I have on order. Did you guys used to make Snap On's hammers years ago?

i was going to place a small order too but shipping for one hammer is $16.00.

Agreed got the order in the cart and the shipping was a little strong. Great discount code though... Maybe lower the free shipping amount :D. $50 or $75 minimum for free shipping? I want the mechanics set, but I cant really see another $75 worth of dead blows I need right now.

Me and 2 guys from work are combining an order hopefully tommorow to get free shipping. Maybe ask around. A lot easier to spend 50 or 75

I tried to convince the wife that she could *really* use a nice set of hammers to match my set, but it was a no-go.

Maybe we should consider a group buy and then ship them out. I would bet most of these hammers would fit in a flat rate medium box which is $11.30 and if we used regional rate boxes then it might be cheaper. I was considering the woodworkers three piece and with the discount is basically offset the shipping, but kills the discount. So maybe if a couple of us who lived in neighboring states got together we can make small orders. If we use regional rate boxes, shipping to a neighboring state is very cheap, like around $5-$6 bucks. I have an interest and I live in OKC, so if someone in Texas, KS, AR, NM has an order let me know and maybe we can get free shipping and then I can farm them out and shipping would be at least half price. Just a thought

Have you considered offering a package with all 5 SlimLine Deadblows or all 4 Ball Pein Deadblows? Some of us like to buy in sets and don't want anything left out.

Your discount offered here is great, but it would be even better if I could combine it with package savings!

:)

Have deadblow's always been that expensive? :wtf:

The last one I bought, new, was $8 and some change.

I'm very glad you came here and thought of GJ with your discounts...I just wish I could afford one and justify it :(

I got my order today, shipping was pretty quick. So far I'm happy with the hammers, they look good and seem like a quality product.

Thanks again for the deal.

Dropped an order today for a couple of sets (mechanics and heavy equipment mechanics), thanks for the promo, I've been wanting some quality dead blows, especially a sledge and some larger dead blows, I've ruined new HF ones on a single job.

For the guys complaining about shipping, their ebay site offers free ship (regular prices though).

Does anybody have any experience using both dead blow bossing mallets and regular bossing mallets? It seems like it's one case where the dead blow would kill the finesse and feedback while forming sheet metal, especially soft material like copper. But I might be wrong. Anybody used both?

Shipping to Canada (that would have been free in the states) averaged well over $10 each in my recent order. I think flat-rate USPS boxes would be a better choice than UPS, but only UPS is listed.

If you could only buy one, which one would be the best "all around" dead blow ball pein?

I use my Snap-on 16 for most things on a car. Rarely use the 32, but I don't deal with rust. If I had to have only one, I think it would be the 24.
