I just discovered this site and am quite excited. I live in the country and have a lot of out buildings, but none of them are heated so I can't do any real work much of the year up here in the frozen north (I am primarily a car guy, and I want to work on my old cars when it is too cold to drive them).

I recently decided to take half of my 42x90 Morton building and build a 42x45 shop. I have a good chunk of it done, but am actively working on it. There is a lot of work to do, even when starting with an existing structure (it was insulated, dirt floor, no power).

My plans are based off of previous time spent working in various shops, but I certainly could use a lot of feedback to fine tune everything. It looks like the best approach is to go to the "Garage Gallery" and start a build thread.

I have been reading threw the forum archives and the blog over the last few days and there is some great stuff here!

thanks,

You need to actively take some pictures so that we can actively believe you.:)
