Ehhh if you really need the storage I would see how far down I could talk the first guy. The gangbox isnt really worth it to me. Very heavy and would just take up floor space in my garage.

Selling a very nice series 1000 top and bottom on locking casters with 24 drawers , this cabinet measures L 53" W 29" H 59.5" , this is a popular set , it has deep drawers and is in excellent condition , it has some normal wear and tear as tools strikes. No major cosmetic or physical damage the cabinet has a locking lid , a paper work shelf on the right side , handle on the left , rolls easily and the locks work with one key. This has nine drawers on top and fifteen drawers on the bottom , top drawers are 16.5" on the left and 32.5" on the right , with varying depths , the bottom drawers are 32" on the left and 16.5" on the right and varying depths. Local Snap on tool dealer stated these sold over 10,K new , he valued them currently at $7500.00 , they are black sort of a charcoal black and have liners in the drawers and at least two sliding shelves in the drawers.
