you're almost right !!!! the previous owner have fish business ... ( i dont know how write that hahaha !!!!) there had several concrete tank for the fish growing up ... and the drain was in the pit . they had several lake outside too ... if i remember 16 lake for the fish !!!!
Did someone previously keep pigs or something in the building? The floor looks like it was set up for a stable cleaner.

You are using a high temperature? What brand of paint use "Mobihel", "Colomix", or other brand?

Hey that's not in French, aren't you afraid of the Province getting after you?
when i shoot my pick up the temperature is 17 degree celcius ... in the paint booth and outside it's about -8 degre celcius ... the paint i use is omni (ppg brand) basecoat solvent paint and dry considerably fast ( about 20 minute to dry... each coat...) and in my case the factor time is not important to me, because i'm not a business !!
