Morning-

So I have a brand New Mr. Heater. It is Flashing 4 green and this means it is the High Limit or Rollout Switch is Open.

Checked Flue- Clear
Checked hose that runs from inducer motor (which runs contstant with fan blower motor when switch is on and the Thermostat is not making any diffrence wether on or off or tie the two wires together) is clear and I blew into it and used a small pin to clear both holes in inducer motor and there is a click when i blow into the switch....

So now what- Did the hard shut down and still will not clear

I had trouble with mine a few years ago, right after I put it in. I had shut off the gas to it and let it go out on its' own. Not the right thing to do. One of the "limit switches" (I guess that's what it's called) blew out. The company sent me another N/C. Now, I shut off the furnace, and then the gas.

Here is what you need to do. First check the two rollout switches. When you take the side panel off the unit, take a look straight in between the circuit board and the back wall (the wall that's shared with control side and burner side). You will see one rollout switch towards the top and one towards the bottom. Each one of these will have two wires coming out of it. Between the wires in a little white button. Reach in and press this button to make sure the rollout it's tripped.

If those are fine, then you need to check the high limit. The high limit is right in the middle of that shared wall mentioned above. It should have a brown or tan rectangle around it with two wires coming out. Take those two wires off and short them together and see if the unit runs. If that fixes it, you know your high limit is bad.

Hope this helps. And BTW if you just call Mr. Heater they are very good at helping you troubleshoot and replace defective parts under warranty.
