I have a separate tread regarding outgrowing my 36'x64' shop. These are pictures of how I'm beginning to set it up. I have not finished the restroom, or installed the double compartment wash tub.

My God, your place is legit.

Love it. What I wouldn't give to have half of your shop & equipment.

it's been a while since I last posted. I bought a Fisher Stove at an auction, finally brought the vertical mill over from my home and started to position the stove and mill into a permanent area. I also purchased white frosted window film and applied it to the window glass throughout, I figured that if there's a lurker, I want to keep the contents of the building, out of sight out of mind.

I'm hoping that this is the appropriate place for the wood burning heater.

subscribed! Great layout, really can appreciate how well thought out these tools and benches are. Amazing work area. Nice score on the pot belly stove, those things work great !

That's a heck of a lot of bird cages on top of those shelves! In addition to the PVC air line police, you run the risk of the no-woodstoves-in-the-garage constabulary!

I used to collect Cuban finches. I know that the wood stove will be an issue with some, but the price was so cheap that I couldn't pass it up. If I paint the PVC pipes black, do you think I'll appease some people?

I've been meaning to make a grease gun holder, so I finally remembered to buy a 3" cap at Lowes, found a piece of 3" PVC I had leftover from the floor drains.
I looked around in order to figure out where to install it. I finally came up with installing it on the lift column. I didn't want to drill holes on the lift columns and found two factory holes, so that's where I mounted it.

You've done a fantastic job on your shop, Andybull! I really like that you left the floor it's natural color... what have you coated it with, and what do you use on it to clean it?

It was a type of concrete cure and seal. Unless there is grease, or oil on the floor, I just sweep it.
