I got this nearly 2 weeks ago, I've been using it daily. So I thought I'd do a little review. It's not a full composite body, I think the hammer case is steel & the body is aluminum, the handle is rubberized. The exhaust blows out the handle.
First, this thing is tiny. I did some leaf spring shackles on a Ford Ranger & this thing fit between the body & shackle bolts with ease. And it loosened them quick too. I did a couple of hub bearings & I could almost do them without turning the wheel left or right.
Second, its fairly strong. It zips off axle nuts good with out too much drama. It has removed subframe bolts & caliper bracket bolts too. Another advantage to it's small size is you can sometimes get away without using universals sockets.
It's light, its like carrying a 3/8 impact, I find myself loosening wheels above my head while waiting for the oil to drain when doing oil changes/tire rotations.
Its quiet, I don't really care one way or the other about noisy impacts, my boss used to complain about my IR231 & 244s as too loud.
I oiled it a little each day & checked the housing bolts. They were tight. There's a little plug on the port side of the gun that make the grip a little uncomfortable, noting is mentioned in the directions about removing it for lube. I tried to remove it & it wouldn't budge.
The direction lever has 3 settings each way, the lowest setting on forward is good for tightening wheels as I checked it with a torque wrench set at 100 ft/lbs, it was pretty close. I tightened a strut bolt at max setting & tried to turn it with a 24" breaker bar. Trust me, it was tight.
I'd say if you can get one shipped to your home for under 150 bucks, I say go for it.

Got it and liked it so much I also got the 3/8 drive....

The small size makes this a time saver on repairs. I bust off crank bolts that once required radiator removal for the job.

A great addition for the 1/2 drive is the King Tony shallow impact socket set. Their small length really aids in the use of the impact to its full capacity. I have yet to find another manufacturer that makes a set of impact sockets this small.

The specs show that the 1/2 gun is the same size and weight as the 3/8, but the 3/8 has lower torque specs. Has anyone handled both to confirm that there is no difference in size and weight?

Just a heads up, for anybody wanting one, the seller on Amazon is running a promotion for 10% off. $123.11 shipped to my door. Can't wait to try it out, seems my IR 2131 has been too big to get into some tight spots lately.

I've been using it daily for a month, it tackles most stuff easily. Axle nuts, caliper mount bolts, & cradle bolts are usually no problem.
It's fun to grab my 231 on the tough stuff, the length feels funny now, like it's way long.
Overall its a great tool.

My local Agri Supply sells a ton of King Tony brand tools but I have yet to see that impact wrench in the store. :( They do have a bunch of the King Tony brand impact sockets in the store and on their website though.

It looks like you can get it on ebay for $125 shipped.

The one you link to on Ebay is the 4610, not the 4611. Don't know what the difference is, other than the 4611 costs more.

I was thinking about doing a 1 year later review anyways.
I use it as my daily impact tool, I oil it every other day. it's still going strong. It seems like swivel impact sockets really drain down the torque. Good news is that it'll fit into tighter places so you won't need the swivels as much. It's small enough to take the place of a 3/8 impact in my use.
I wish the switch had finer settings, as even on the lowest setting I can over torque wheels that I want to do a final torque with a torque wrench to 100ft lbs. I had a minor air leak at the back housing bolts, tightened it up & was good to go. Had that happen other impacts over the years.
The handle is kind of long too. A good air swivel will really help to get it into tight spots. I think it's more useful then the hammer head impact. King Tony has a great tool & I glad they updated it recently. I definitely recommend it.

the NC4630Q in the flyer is listed at 600ft-lbs, but in the specs at http://www.m7airtools.com/m7-nc4630q-air-impact-wrench.html is listed at 450 ft-lbs, so which one is it? I have the older version and was thinking about upgrading, but not if it's got less torque

I found help for parts at Facebook, they got me in contact with a sales rep who said they'll ship me a new case at no cost even though its 4 years old. I'm very impressed by that.

I have the Astro 1828 gun and these small gun are amazing. Zips off wheel lugs, axel nuts, diff mounting bolts, engine mounting, etc., like butter. My Snap-on PH8850 now sits in my tool box crying.
