F.S. or Trade Proto wrench

Like new 1-3/8 wrench made by Proto Canada. It appears to have never been used but it does have some scuffing and scratches from being shuffled around in a tool box drawer. There is also a small amount of peeling chrome on the open end of the wrench. I'm asking $20 obo and I am open to possible trades specifically 27mm or 36 mm combination wrenches or a 36mm or 46mm 3/4 drive socket.
