Folks -

Trying to fit a 4 post lift in my 2 car garage that is 19 wide X 18.5 long and 9.7high.

I also want a lift that utilizes the existing hydraulic pump for lifting via jacking between the rails.

Is there a lift out there that is known for having the smallest footprint?

Thanks -

I was looking for something similar, and found that many manufacturers can/will accommodate special orders (within reason). I traded messages with Bendpak, and they were very helpful.

Thanks - not interested in a two post right now - looking for a 4 post.

I think I found a BendPack that will fit, its just a matter if I can stack my cars with a 9,7 ceiling....

I searched for the smallest, narrowest 4-post lift just last summer. I decided on the BendPak HD9ST. My mistake was designing the garage, then shopping for a lift. Had that process all backwards. good luck!

btw, following is a copied post from the garage forum at 6speed…

FWIW, my garage was like 9ft 3.5in. I fit a 4 post lift and keep a Boxster on top and my 996 turbo on bottom with about 2 in from the boxster to the top of the garage and maybe 4 or 5 in between them.

I went with an HD-7W. You could go with a 9 if you are ok with adding about a foot in length. The HD-7P is an even smaller footprint since it is a little narrower (189 x 99 or 174 x 99 excluding the ramps)

Greg Smith has one at about 207" which is half a foot longer than the smaller HD-9 series of lifts. That measurement is with the ramps. I think the overhang on the Atlas is similar to bendpak but don't quote me on that.

Thanks for the info - I like the HD-7W but the columns are too tall - not sure why the 9 has shorter columns than the 7

Great - good info, my next research is will it fit...with my ceiling height
