Another recommendation to check your cabinets before you leave.
I ordered on 3/24 for pickup in store, that evening I was notified it was ready for pickup. In the same order I had bought a 6ft butcher block workbench top so I waited until it was ready to go pick them both up at the same time (40mi trip one way to Sears). Email came saying the top was ready on 3/27. Somehow it got buried in my spam folder and I didn't see it, so I didn't go to pick up until yesterday 4/2.
Get to the store, he scans my sheet for the workbench top first...not in stock, available 4/3

Not what I wanted to see after driving that far out of my way...but oh well on Friday I'll be in the area again for a car show/swap meet so no biggie. Then he scans my sheet for the cabinet, in stock, guy will be right out with it.
Guy rolls it out to my truck and loads it in the bed on his own. I tell him thanks, but note to myself, he just lifted that wayyyyy too easily. I mean, I don't expect it to be heavy, but he tossed it in there like it was an empty box. I look at the side, there is a sticker with the 30" part number and my name on it. I open it up, hmm, looks a little small, only takes up 1/2 the space in the box. I pick it up examine it, no dents or scratches by the way, notice a single door vs two, I look inside to confirm a 24" part number. I look back at the box, it clearly says 24" only inches away from the 30" sticker.
Guy comes back out, sounds confused as I explain it to him, manager sounded even more confused when he explained it to him. Looked it up in the computer, no more 30" in stock. 30 minutes later they find the 30" box, marked with a 24" sticker, I open it up, everything looks good and I'm on my way home finally...to mow the yard...in the dark.
