Why would a light fixture ever take the kind of abuse they show in their video? :headscrat I mean seriously, who regularly runs over their light fixtures with a vehicle or jumps on them?

I think the email I got was a quote for 750, with a 6 month free return if you didn't like it.

Thanks for the link to the other thread.

This company is from my hometown. I remember driving by their old warehouse/factory when they were just bigassfans.

Notice the power lines to get a sense of scale. That was on the side of a busy road. It seems that all of their stuff is made at their new factory in Lexington, KY.

The CEO talking about how the 2008 recession affected them. Then bitching about the short-sightedness of some CEOs that lay off employees.

We didn't give the type of bonuses I liked, but I gave everybody $500," Smith said.

For the year, the company made about $1 million in profit. "In essence, we broke even," said Smith, who went on to take aim at companies that laid off workers.

"From my perspective, the salary savings is just bull----," he said. "You could lay off half the people here, and it's not like it's going to save your company.

"I still have to pay the rent, and ... I think what you get on the other side of the recession is the ability to grow quickly."

This goes entirely against the "you can't build anything here" mindset.

Sorry if I'm rambling.
