What was shipping on it if you dont mind me asking? I was originally going to buy a 4s but came across new snapon kra local for a little cheaper than my cost of a 4s was so I went that route.

Shipping is included in the cost of the toolbox. Snap-On/Matco does not charge shipping costs (at least, nothing I have bought has had a shipping/freight charge).

Tap and die sets arent a fast moving item. Those zero degree long wrenches, on the other hand, can be dumped for $280-$300 NIB in a week any time. I think during specials they get down to ~$180 for students.

I work at a place where our welds have to be done within a certain temperature, and we use Centech thermometers.

They get calibrated by our own QA people once a year, and get checked by external auditors at least once or twice a year. Never had one give us any trouble.

Once my toolbox gets here I'll be posting drawer pictures but I had a drawer in my kobalt filled with my snap-on 1" and under (24MM and under also) and another drawer for over 1" and another drawer with my special wrenches (half of them idk what they are supposed to be for) that I inherited from my G-Pa who was a professional diesel mechanic.

No problem, I just found out myself last week thanks to a post by 'Skin'. Best of luck getting it sold, it's always just waiting for the one person looking for it. Stuff like ratchets and wrenches move FAST, especially the locking flex heads.

I had never used those locking flex heads until my snap-on starter kit that I bought came with a 3/8" drive one. It's definitely nice.

Flat jack with frame saddles to work on motorcycles - this is going to make it sooo much easier to remove the rear wheel from bikes on my lift.


Also bought a single 14mm impact hex Carlisle socket - fits one of the drain plugs on my motorcycle.

Snap on man came today Orange handle set was on sale, the long needle nose were an impulse buy.

Also got a rivet gun, some rivet cutters, a speed deburring tool and a microstop countersink set.

Never got a pic but picked one of these up off the tool truck after using another techs for crimping weather pack terminals while i was replacing a relay and harness. Makes it so easy!

Also ordered a set of Lisle rad hose picks.

I'm just a hobbyist wood and metal guy but I do like good tools. Most of them are old tools becuase I cannot find reasonable priced quality tools.

But there was a deal on at the local CT for 40% off and I went to home depot for their price guarantee for an extra 10% off any competitors prices. 3 from HD and 2 from CT $87 taxes included for all of them.

I love channel lock products for quality and the price when they go on sale.
