I finally got a email back from a manager this morning, they are sending me the spline ratcheting wrenches for the same price as well , I didnt get free shipping however.

Never mind. Just got an email back from them stating they couldn't do anything about it and couldn't sell me the alternate set for the same price. I replied that they have done it for others and that I have never had problems with Grainger in all of my dealings with them through my place of employment. I guess I will see what they reply with.

I just got the same email back from my local store. The item has been replaced, and they wont match the price. What was in the PM? Any secret to getting a price match?

I know it says clearance price, but that's not the point. When I ordered it, the website said it was in stock and ready to ship. I believe that is what all the fuss is about.
