I purchased this with the hammers and dollys. I have only found a picture of the head mounted to the bar. I want to know more of it's use and part number would be nice also. Thanks for any help in the id-ing. Ray...

It has flats in the bar. I was thinking it could also be mounted in a vise. Then used as an anvil also...
