After the paint dried, assembly started.
First the emblem was put on
Comparison of the old emblem vs the new. The new emblem is plastic however, but it is made in the USA
Slides being put in
Drawers were put in. The box looks like its new, it's so shiny!
Drawer pulls were cleaned, they turned out a lot better than I expected
And here's the final result!

I still need to fab up the lock assembly though, so it's not done yet

). The colour turned out pretty close to the original colour.
Don't worry, the insides are clean, and the drawers slide nice, but I kind of neglected cleaning the outsides, because they don't affect anything.
