I'm guessing because I only have a dozen posts, that it won't let me make an offer on the Craftsman socket set?

Can one of the moderators confirm? I've been around here a long time, just not a real frequent poster__definitely not a troll though

You have to PM a seller. There is no posting to the classified except by the original seller.
Click on the sellers name and the PM option will show.

Sticky from the Classified Section -

Why can't you reply to a classified ad?

We no longer allow replies to classified ads.

In order to make a purchase or ask a question, simply send a private message to the seller.

You can do so by clicking on the seller's username and then clicking "Send Private Message."

I don't know if there is a post count requirement to PM (Private Message).

On a similar note - without creating another post count question:

Does joining the GJ family by sending my $ override the classifieds posting rule of 100 posts minimum to post?

Just curious because my post count hasn't crested 100, but my security clearance is valid and nothing on here or any other site is worth stealing for.

To answer your question, if you join the alliance, post count doesn't matter for classifieds posting.
