Good Buy??

I am a new member and this is my first post:
I needed a small aluminum floor jack. I saw a Speedway 7300 on eBay for $156?? and did a search finding very few negative reviews.
I went to Amazon and found the Speedway 7300 and was surprised to see one for sale that was used and priced for $78.00 with free shipping with $35.00 additional order.
Description stated it was in original distressed box.
New jacks were shipped from an outside seller but this one was shipped from Amazon?
I received a perfectly NEW jack with NO scratches even on the wheels
Amazon now says it is not available at this time.

Seems like a good buy comparing prices. 15 inch lift height enough for you? BTW, the Hot Deals forum is where you point others towards good deals that THEY can still get. General Tool Discussion is where you post good deals that you've already got.

Some companies won't sell damaged packaged stuff as new. Typically a 'dent and scratch' or "new with out packaging" setup at a discount of some sort or it goes back to the vendor.

Thanks for the advise. I guess I posted this because I have bought many items from Amazon but have not encountered this type sale.
From now on, when checking an item, I will look for this type sale.
