Well its official.... I've been spending way too much time on here.
And a pic to compare size with my co-worker's dewalt 12vmax..
Anddd I finally broke down and bought a br5t (3/8 in 1/4 body) i've been eyeing up ever since i found it hidden away on my matco guy's truck. (1st rat is the br5t, 2nd is a ARSE5TB ,3rd is a AFR58TM)

So far I'm not impressed with the light, prob wont ever use it. But the impact I got to use today on some main cap bolts and it knocked em lose like it was nothing
I'll decide in a few weeks if I will expand my milwaukee collection.

I have the light too. I don't think it's ever had a battery in it.
Ok, fine. Everything FUEL is completely awesome, except for the light, which is as stupid as every other light that uses a rechargeable battery.

What else do you have thats m12/m18? I was looking at the m18 fuel drills online, opinions?

I've used all of those tools a LOT, with the exception of the circ saw which is a relatively recent purchase.
I'll put it to you this way- if there was a special tool I needed and Milwaukee makes a cordless version, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it. Only one of those tools has ever given me a problem, and when that happened, Milwaukee took care of it without any fuss. I recommend them highly, as do a lot of people on this board.
The Fuel tools are a significant upgrade from the regular M18/M12 (which were already very very good) in terms of both power and battery life. I would say the difference in price is worth it.

Kreg pocket hole jig, old school cast aluminum, will replace my plastic & bushing insert Wolfcraft jig
Lee Valley Veritas Dowelling Jig
Carpenters Sliding Square
Also tossed in some Irwin racheting hand clamps since I didn't haggle on prices (bout 1/4 of new value)

I don't remember exactly but If I'd guess I would say 36". 3/8" drive. Matco. Paid $40 for it.

I have used the light in the right of this picture alot. The battery lasts a long time, the light output is broad and it's nice and bright. As good as any plug in trouble light, but without the cord and heat.

I have the exact same extension, and boy does it come in handy.
Bellhousing bolts on my bogger, or hot rod, easy to get to with that extension.
You scored that at $40.

I got this for my dad, he said he wanted a set of 3/8 drive deep 6 point chrome sockets. That particular combination isn't the easiest to find. I found this S-K set on the 'Bay for $58 and it is brand new in packaging, dated C. 1999.
1/4-1" they are very pretty sockets. Chrome very nice. The broaching is shallow. dad loves em, i dun gud

Picked these up at the mac tools booth at the nhra drags yesterday, 30$ for the stubby torx, 50$ for the metric T-handle set, and a free chisel they gave me, I'd say not a bad deal at all!!!

It works, and has worked for us since I was a boy.
Only way my pops could get to bellhousing bolts 25 years ago, was to make his own 40" extension. I still have that piece, but use the Matco unit more often than not.
Glad to know another gearhead on here!

These came in this week, the light from Amazon (to replace an identical Sears-branded one that grew legs during the last move) and the others from HJE. I forgot to request box art.

I scored this matching side box for $450. I really didn't need it but the opportunity for a cranberry side box don't happen everyday. He had two of them for sale. It is the older KR711 without the Lock n Roll.
I have a question for anyone that has a SO side box. Does your box just hang on with no other means of attachment? Nothing on the bottom?
Holy **** you should have gotten both! Yes, my sidebox just hangs with lip, no attaching at bottom.
I really didn't have the money for this one. I just couldn't let it go. I haven't seen a cranberry box locally ever.
