I can't get your link to work, on phone, but if it's the set I think it is it's worth the regular price.

I use it all the time, you'd be surprised how much torque you can get on the t handle.

My only complaint, I wish it had a ratchet included.

Link Hopefully this one works. I really like this set as well. Have one in the garage and one in the basement shop.

Nope, redirects to mattresses for some odd reason.
Put in search: GearWrench 56 pc. Ratcheting Screwdriver Set

44013 works too. i really like the looks of the way they designed the t handle. i already have a few other brands. dont use it regularly. hate to spend money, but it does come with sockets i could split up the set and use elsewhere.....

You get a mattress no matter what link you put. I have posted a rew different things from the outlet and the link always ends up on a mattress

I have two Outlets in my area. One shows 6 in stock, and the other shows 8. I may go by this next weekend and check them out. Tools move rather slowly in my stores, so not too worried about them selling out before then. Thanks OP!

Looked at these last week, decided to pass at the time. They had over 20 in stock. Decided I wanted it and stopped in today, sold out. Usually about how it works, haha.

local Voorhees Nj store showed 5 online had at least 15 on the shelf.

Just under $19 out the door with tax. They are a bit bulky though, shaft is a bit long for the screw driver.

Got this same set two years ago for the same price from the regular Sears.

Odd that they chose the same price for Sears Outlet, now.

My local outlet does this with everything after it sits for weeks, there tool section is one shelf and never fully stocked. everything is more then the main store sale prices for the most part.... all ways other stores much cheaper when I check online for craftsman brand.

Decided I wanted this and headed out to the next closest Sears Outlet (45mi instead of 15). Ended up getting a few Craftsman Locking 1/4" Extensions as well. So far I really like set, worth the trip.

For those interested - Box Dimensions: 10.75" x 9" x 2.5" Tall (2" without Lid)

Thanks OP, I picked up 4 sets today, 3 for Christmas gifts and one for me. It's a nice set, not quite as smooth as my SO ratcheting driver but better than any other I've tried and I like the removable shafts.

Edit: You know what, I just dug out my SO driver and compared the two and to be honest I can't tell a difference in the mechanism at all. I'm impressed. I prefer the smaller size of the SO but the Gearwrench is a bargain, especially at this price.

I picked up 2 sets based on this thread and agree that it is a great buy for a ratcheting screwdriver, which is just the best tool ever. Just a bonus on everything else! However, I HATE that backwards selector. My snapon drivers, I have two, turn them in the direction you want to tighten. My craftsman and now gearwrench, turn them opposite. I hate that, seems counter-intuitive. As much as I love my proto ratchets, I dislike them for the same reason. I want to switch to the driving direction, not the ratcheting direction.

Just received mine from UPS and Im pretty disappointed. Both handles are nicked, have dirty grease in the crevices and towel fiber from a poor attempt of a clean up job. Some bits have obvious signs of wear and the flex extension also has dirty grease in its crevices. What a freaking bummer! How does a used box of tools make its way into the warehouse anyways?

can you tell where it was shipped from. I thought the stores shipped them out since the outlet site almost all ways lists the nearest stocking store when you search it unless you change it to cheapest price then its mostly used or incomplete items first.

I ordered it from the regular sears site on sale for $30.29 - $18 in SYW credits/points. Just finished a long chat with Sears customer service and he says they are NEW. also told me that they cannot exchange them. It must be done in store, but the stores don't stock it. what a mess.

that ***** both my local store and outlet had them in stock all new sealed unopened. take it back to the local store as a defect, they might issue you a gift card for the selling price if they can't exchange it at least that is what my store offered on a broken tool they did not have in stock yesterday.. Some one said in another post they can also order it online from the store with the gift card they issue if its not in stock but shows up online? I haven't done it yet so I'm just going off the other post in another thread. I don't have a clue if the outlet site will take a gift card a main store though, I all ways buy at the local store since its just down the street. Sears seems to be a cluster any more to deal with.

I would be standing at the door when they opened. It was returned and got ******* in the wrong hands or the wrong system. As long as you have a ticket just be courteous and ask for an exchange or a refund. In these situations I want to be an ******* and slap someone but a smile usually does better

anyone familiar with the outlet shipping process? ordered 3-4 days ago status shows:

Order Status: Processing
Arrival method: shipping

but then there's a part that says:

Item Status: Ready For Pickup

Do they take awhile to ship? The main sears site is usually very fast but i've never used the outlet before. Was going to do the chat or call thing but figure they'll just read the status and say it's processing or something.

Got mine from the local outlet store just a few hours ago for 17.49 and they were running some kind of special that got me an additional 7% off.

They also had a 20Gauge stapler that I didn't need but I bought anyways for 54.99 plus the 7% off.

Also bought a Mini Palm Nailer that I don't need for 29.99 plus the 7% off.

All said, went out for a 18$ screwdriver set and went back to work minus $103.02 and new tools.

Thanks for the heads up! I went and grabbed a set at the Gilbert, AZ outlet for $6.34 after some points. Like others have said, it's almost as smooth as my Snappy. My only gripes are the drivers smell like absolute **** and the handle is quite large compared to my Snap On. I pulled the lid off and stuck it in my gunsmithing tool box. The kit is much more than I needed, but I was in the market for 1/4" drive sockets and a phillips/flat blade screwdriver so it fit the bill........especially for <$7.

Picked up a set today. They also had an additional 7% off today thru 8/27. $17.50 out the door.
Looks like decent quality, and comes with a t-handled ratchet also.
