Alfa Romeo Double-Wide Condo Garage

27x30 Garage Condo. 23' high ceiling at the back of the unit. 2 x 14' tall garage doors. Plans are to build loft 12x27. Use as storage and a place to get dirty when I'm not wearing by weekday suit & tie... Wife is happy she's able to park her cars in the home garage.

Closed last Friday, playing around with the layout.

Starting to fill it up. Floor space is disappearing quickly. I really don't want to put more stuff in it so they have room to build the loft.

Already had the Kiwi floor tile. 3rd location I've used it over the last 10 years. Holding up very well.

Had to make room for a new tool box that was delivered yesterday. Still waiting for the stainless top.

Also had the Snap On truck fill it up a bit.

Had the openers installed yesterday. Battery packs will go up next weekend.

Funny that the tow truck broke down delivering by current project from the house.

The condo space should be cool. The high ceilings with loft option will give you so many wonderful opportunities. I hope it's close to your home.

What a great space you have there. And I can't get enough of the Bertone shaped cars. These Alfa's are very rare over here, you don't see many, if any, on the road anymore. A mate has one locked up tightly in his shed and he will never part with it.

The condo community has a clubhouse a few doors down. I'll try and take a picture of it this weekend. It's really nice and has facilities.

I will have the loft drywalled on the front, so I will have the entire garage painted once it is done. Also we will be moving some outlets around so we may be cutting up sections that are already done. I won't be working in it until this is done to keep the mess in check.

Well, I could have bought another car with what I have in the toolbox and tools. I've always wanted a nice tool chest and wanted to keep my other tool collection at my house.

Very nice garage. Who cares about the clubhouse. That is where some bad **** can go down. Banging your neighbors wife applies here!

Rather annex the garage next to it, if it is not already yours.

If you ever need spares for your GTV I have loads of spares. About four cars worth. Bodies rusted beyond sensible repair. All you have to do is pay shipping and some beer money. Problem is South Africa is a bit far.

My shop when it is built will be a 35 minute drive away from my house, but it will be nice to have a "get away" place for sure...
