I was looking for a 3/4 drive SK socket set and stumbled across this link. http://www.acertw.com/drivesockets/...ch-to-158inch-standard-socket-set-p-9676.html It shows a 11 piece SK set for $5.71. That cant be correct. They claim to have 99 in stock, if that's correct I would buy all of them. Has anyone ever used them? or even heard of them? I thought about trying to order a set just in case it worked, but don't want to end up giving my credit card to possible scammers.

I doubt even Amazon stocks 99 of that set.

In any case:

a) their contact info is just an email address
b) they use "text" type abbreviations for words
c) if you go through the various pages of the website, the business is referred to by at least three different names
d) "Where the parties fail to settle dispute within 30 days after such dispute occurs, they agree to submit such dispute to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral awards are final and binding upon both parties."

Don't give these people your credit card number or any personal information.

...but on the other hand, 1" drive ratchet for four bucks?!?! WOO HOO! Picture is an Armstrong but the number isn't. Hmmm.

That would be a bargain, but some gut feeling would have me betting $5.71 on a cloud race instead... I

On the "About Us" page, it says this:

Launched in 2002, Internal Outlet is an online designer boutique that sells designer name fashion items at greatly discounted prices. Our "Internet-Only" approach enables us to cut the overhead cost and offer you brand new designer products at the lowest prices you will ever see

Customer satisfaction is imperative to our business. We know that people who love designer handbags always want the newest and hottest styles on the market. Often, we get our hands on new items even before they are released to the public. Then we begin the process of finding the materials, and creating the finest available anywhere. Our customers are usually amazed that products that they can't find anywhere else are available on our website, and that the quality is so high. That is why 65% of our business comes from repeat customers.
All pictures on our website are of the actual products you will receive. We know that you want to know exactly what you are going to get when you place an order, so we have our photographer take pictures of every new product before it is put up for sale on our website.

We believe in the personal touch. We have e-mail on standby to answer any questions you might have, as well as to keep our customers informed on the latest specials and newest items. We add items to our site regularly, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter. As a NewCoachOutlet.com subscriber, you will be privy to the latest trends in the designer handbag world, and receive discounts on selected items available on our website.

And if you copy/paste "newcoachoutlet.com" into your browser, you'll see that it was shut down for selling counterfeit merchandise.

They don't accept paypal, I would not mess with them.

If you really want to play the game, try a prepaid credit card.
In Australia they're called load and go, not so sure for the US, basically it's a card you pay the funds onto then spend from that card, good for travelling and stuff.

Maybe they are shifting the cost from some other things like this U joint. It's worth about $20 at the local parts stores.

Looks like they used the picture for this from the JEGS site.

JEGS sells it for $95. No way it's $12. I emailed JEGS. Will let you know what they say.

I am the owner of Cocktail Gator. My product which retails at $149.00 is displayed as for sale on the Daily Discount Site for $39.00. I have not sold any products to Crotia, where the site originates. I have contacted IC3 and the FBI, I believe it is a scam to get credit card numbers.

Thanks for posting KEMPEY. Please let us know what you find out. JEGS was interested in learning about the site. I haven't heard back what they determined.

Yes be very careful of these sites. They have a different URL but have the Daily Discount House name and logo on their sites. I only have an eBay store in Australia of this name and these people have stolen my logo and name so be careful.

About 2 months ago I took a shot and bought about 7 pairs of various mini precision tools. Knipex, Erem and others a really sick prices. I figured it was bogus but wanted to try just the same.

My order is still there, hasn't processed, they didn't contact me requiring other info, nothing. BUT, I was contacted a couple of days later from my bank telling me my card was compromised and they were sending me a new card.
