I use Prevost couplers, they are not the cheapest but they work great. Way easier to use than the standard slide style.

I wish the tubing itself was less expensive. I don't need all the fittings and wall mounted quick connects. I just need a couple of tees, 90* ells and some pipe thread adapters to hoo up to the lead hoses on my reels.
