Tin, Z an C Purlins.....

Can someone direct me to a site or tell me where C an Z purlins are to be used, spacing and span requirements etc? Also, Where the roof meets the wall, is that part (I have no clue what it's called) ordered or bent to the pitch of your roof?

I'm building my trusses and joists, mounting the purlins and framing the windows an doors. But I don't know how to construct it so the builders can skin it.

Got everything I need cept the spans for 4 and 6" Z purlin and the spans for 4 and 6" C channel. BTW, Does it matter if the C faces up or down?

I want to use C on the walls. It would make framing the windows and doors in SOOOOO much easier.
