How nice is it to be organized...

I got tired of lugging around my little lincoln welder and tank so i took some scrap steel i had and built myself a cart. And i made room on the bottom for a plasma cutter. Now all i need to do is get some metal organizers so i can put the underneath and stick my consumables in there. And i need to find a way to hold the tank in place, looking at some options but can find anything i like right now. Once all that is done.. itll get a nice coat of some paint. Havent decided on a color. Hope you guys like it. And throw me some ideas on some extra storage.

Nice cart BTW.

I'd go safety yellow and zip off those ends of the bolts on the casters, could catch a pant leg.

I gotta agree with Stang here Organised Hell I am going through the third major rehash of my garage in as many years . I wil say nice cart . I think you should paint it purple so it matches your machines . I would weld some S hooks to the back of the upper tray and another set to the rear riser about half way down and hook chains to them to keep the bottle steady . I have also seen guys use a couple empty 10 pound spools on either side of their carts to roll their leads up on .

GREAT CART- I have to make one myself. Amzes me how long I'll lug something around just beciase I'd ratherbe using it than building something for it....maybe when I'm done the Challenger...

Organized Compact welding equipment is good!

On the first cart I built I held the tank in place with a ratchet strap that I cut down. It was hooked to a single chain link that I welded to the cart itself.

Monster Great lookin cart...If You want to secure Your tank, Weld two tabs on end of top angle cut slots in tabs little bigger than chain link ,hook link in tab slot. You need to have bolt heads on top holdin small wheels less chance of leads, or extension cords snaggin...YA HEARD ME???

Thanks guys. Just need to get some shorter bolts and ill flip them around. Used these for now since they were laying around.
