Lowes has marked down there levels. Found a 48 inch box beam for only $8.75. Was $34.98.

Ordered the Stanley Box beam level a few minutes ago and they called from Lowes saying that they had cancelled the order. They said that it was a "non-stock" item that wasn't carried in any their stores. It was their mistake that it showed it able to be picked up in the store. Not unusual at Lowes. At least they call and let you know now, instead of waiting until you get to the store to give you the disappointing news.

Wiped out my lowes. 48" Swanson $10 48" bostitch $12 24" bostitch $8.75 Swanson aluminum torpedo $3.25 regular $12. Won't need levels anytime soon.

I was thinking about grabbing that 96", then I asked myself if I really needed it and how difficult it would be to transport it. The answers were not really and very difficult, so I passed.

Well, it wasn't there. After I waited for 40 minutes while they looked for it, the manager let me have the new model for $8.75.

I also got the Bostitch 78" for $20.

All the levels are showing full price for me online when I select my store, I am assuming that means they wont be marked down if I physically go to the store and look?

Usually that just means they don't have any in stock.

Click on In Store Pickup. That should tell you if there are any in your area.

Looking at the history of a previous order, they don't send a cancellation email. Instead they just leave the order status as 'in process'. Forever.

Checked two nearby Lowes stores. Picked up a bostitch 16" for $6 and bostitch 96" for $23.

picked up the bostitch 32" level. it showed one of the kobalts in stock but i didn't find any. it showed the bostitch out of stock and i found 2 .

i kinda want the 96" bostitch but i don't know what i would use it for.

Didn't see any regular levels online for the local store but I did spot a Kobalt 100FT Beam Line Generator Laser Level tem #: 236983 | Model #: 60208 for $9.60, regular price was almost $40.

Just ordered two of them, picking them up in the store this afternoon - good deal.

Picked up my two 4' levels that day, but they were out of the 2' ones. After checking out how nice the 4' levels actually were, I came right home and ordered two of the 2' levels. They delivered a couple days ago.

Excellent deal. Less than $30 total, for four good levels.
