Lab Cabinets on CL again!

Hi All,

Hoping to return the favor from two years ago on this site. Back then someone posted about lab cabinets for sale and I jumped on it. It totally transformed my garage!

This guy says he has hundreds of them. I don't know him. Just sharing info.

Did you pay $50 per cabinet or $50 per foot? His ad says by the foot. I am thinking about making a trip, I really like the glass front cabinets.

Sorry, I didn't buy them from this guy. Just sharing a CL find.

When I bought these 2 years ago they were $50 per section (different seller). Heck I would have paid $100 each

Gotcha, thought it was your transformation. I did not click on the GJ link until afterwards. I am trying to convince my dad to get some, but I think he has no imagination. I can see how handy they would be, just trying to figure out how many would fit in my suburban. I have a small trailer, but it is really small. Everything bigger has been mothballed for the winter.

My last 2 work areas have been based on cabinets out of a lab just like these. Hit them with a pressure washer as you never know what was around them and watch out for Mercury in the draws see other thread.

Caution for the ones in the link picture number 4 as they hang from the counter top not too good for garages.

You will be hard pressed to beat the price. I have the upper glass units mounted on metal cleats that came with mine and have moved them to three different locations. They are nice.

Tell me about it, I may be headed there tomorrow. I just want them to answer the phone so I don't drive 7 hours roundtrip for nothing.

I got to talk with them, they said the supply is dropping daily. They do want $50 per foot, but will do volume discounts. They pretty much only have beige and some orange ones that were laminate. I guess I am not going to make the trip, I was interested in some of the wider ones, but they were too busy to give me a full inventory. They said they could check things out and get back to me on Monday. Would have been awesome to hit this the day they came on the market!
