Garage Heater with 8' ceilings

My garage is 22x20 with 8' tall ceilings. I'm wondering if I should even try to order the mr heater 50k unit or not since I read on the instructions online it requires 8' of clearance underneath. Will this be an issue? If so, what are my other natural gas options? Was considering the beacon Morris since I can get that locally at menards but not sure.

Not if it will actually make a difference, I found one with a 7' clearance just to be safe.

I saw that requirement myself, don't really understand it but I decided to go with the Beacon Morris you can mount it up to within 1 inch of the ceiling.

What's the requirement for the Beacon Morris if you know by chance?

I believe elsewhere in the instruction manual it says the 8' clearance is so you don't bump into it and damage the unit. You should be fine.

I installed mine at about 82" to the bottom of the furnace and it is fine.
