Annnd.......$26.99 now :(

Why does this always happen to me, this is the 6th time in about 4 months that I have had the price changed on something on Amazons site literally seconds after I initially look at it.

I was in for 2 of them (work and home) until the price change.
Oh well there is always next time.

If you find a cheap deal on Amazon place your order immediately, then go shopping for other stuff. The prices can and will change at any time so lock the good price in and call it good.

Dang it!!!! I've been looking for a real good set of tweezers for pulling metal splinters. These look like they would be great, I'm just not dropping $30 on them. For $8 I would have bought them out!!! One for work, one for home shop, and one as a spare. Keith

For removing small splinters and foreign bodies I usually pick them up on eBay. You can get them for about $8 each shipped, from China or India.
Here is one link for a 5 pack but there are lots on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/TITANIUM-JE...131003132420&rk=1&rkt=6&sd=261680015313&rt=nc

I think hes on to something.. fill the wifes makeup bag with knipex. Seems like her tools don't ever wind up left in the yard to rust.

Just like any other tool, some people value quality over price. Some people like to use a crescent wrench on everything, and others like to use the right tool. These German made tweezers are sweet and precise as anything. The Chinese made ones I've seen could double as chop sticks.
