It's $154 on Epstein's rn so I think he mistyped.

Yeah I think mine wasn't $175, It was around $150 - $160 on Sk day... plus it was guaranteed new stock, got a free shirt too! They are a great socket, very nice complete 1/4 set.

Edit: $144 plus $10 shipping

I'd much rather support epsteins too.

You can't compete with my sniping skills :shoot5:

Just kidding bud. Had I known a GJ member was highest bidder I would've left it alone. Good luck on the next one.
No worries. I've been sniping mostly as well. I guess my highest bid hasn't been high enough yet.

Thanks to panknuckshovel I found a Sears Outlet store near my place so I drove over there today to see what they had. Only item I found interesting was this 12 piece, 6 point combination wrench set. USA made.... I got it for $19.99. The set is SAE, to bad they didn't have any metric sets.

non ratcheting 6 pt wrench, must be one of the biggest pains in the ****. Sorry just my opinion.

Oh, I agree. But I have tool OCD which wouldn't allow me to not buy them. Lol. Even though i already own a full set of these in SAE and metric. Lol. :willy_nil

Id use them for holding a bolt head or nut and ripping off the nut or bolt with a impact[emoji57] 6 point is less likely to round off a worn out rusty stubborn bolt. But other then that use SASO i see your point.

Got these in the mail today:

<a href="http://s4.photobucket.com/user/matatk/media/Tools/IMG_2014122229617.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y110/matatk/Tools/IMG_2014122229617.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo IMG_2014122229617.jpg"/></a>

I needed them to fill in my mini set:

<a href="http://s4.photobucket.com/user/matatk/media/Tools/IMG_2014122238122.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y110/matatk/Tools/IMG_2014122238122.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo IMG_2014122238122.jpg"/></a>

Very handy for working on cars with tight clearances.

Everlast 185 TIG for Christmas. Received a Lincoln MIG last year for my first welder. Looking forward to some more advanced fabrication. Gotta grab a canister of argon now

Got some gifts this week. I've been wanting to try roto head ratchets. We don't have any harbor freights so I figured the husky ratchets would be a cheap set to see if I like the roto deal. The Craftsman roto seems gimmicky but I could see how it would be useful sometimes. I've needed a 3/8 thumb wheel for a while so that will get used. The little kobalt driver will come in handy. It has 6 bits in the handle but I wanted it to go with the milwaukee nut drivers. Makes a nice compact package. The little security torx set will be handy, nice to have that range of sizes in one spot. The milwaukee ratcheting screwdriver seems pretty nice, came with the bottle opener which made me happy since I collect bottle openers.

You are gonna love tig! A little intimidating at first but fun and rewarding once you get the hang of it!

Yup and make sure you where a glove on the torch hand. Can't begin to tell you how many times I put my hand somewhere I shouldn't have lol

Even though i got these last thursday they r still unused and new. The first get is a GP metric impact swivel set. Second is a gp standard 12 point impact set. I love these sockets( have some other sockets made by them) they hold up great lifetime warranty on mac truck or james oxygen and are cheap!! Also have some torque sticks from HF.

How do those GP metric impact swivels seem quality wise? I know you said they were unused but just by looking at them do they look pretty good?

Pat in my opinion they look like they will hold up just as good as some mac ones ive used. Ive never had a problem with other GP impacts and i have no doubt that i wont have a problem with these. Also that set only cost me $140 off the truck and the big 12 point set only cost me $100 and they dont skip sizes which i love.

and maybe not so much tools, but it was finally time to retire the old dickies work jacket and treated myself to a new of the same. $30 and you can beat the sh*t out of it and not feel bad. im about 6'2 and its just on the boarder of being too short, sleeves are fine though. good enough for getting messed up.

Picked these two items up at advance auto. I have been eyeing this lisle tool up for awhile because I noticed the head is much thinner than my snap on so I can get under tighter clips. May swap the handle for a comfort grip snap on

You'll like that mat. They're really comfortable. I use one all the time out in the field when I have to drop a driveline or cage brakes. They fold up nice for going in a side compartment and also work great as a knee saver pad.
