Who makes good double flex ratchet wrenches?

I think Matco had something similar on their extra-long ratcheting wrenches.

"Mountain" (formerly EZ Red) has some extra-long ratcheting wrenches that are smooth/normal on one side of the head and have a ~3/8" offset box/extension of the box end on the other side. Might be worth looking into.

I think Koken used to make something like this as well. I've heard of these called double index ratchet wrenches but haven't really needed to own them since a crowsfoot works just as well in these situations.

Matco/Cornwell will be your best bet Kabo makes them both look for brass fitting on the side those will be the Kabo made ones

matco has the double box end double flex head wrenches, i've been planning on picking up a couple of them individually since they are not cheap! seem like they could pay for themselves pretty quickly though.

EZred has one in 1/4". Worthless to me but around 20 bucks. Recommend working around it. Extreme access or the like possibly. I always have a lot of options so I don't imagine solutions that I don't already have...most of the time. Sure it might be nice to have but I would have problems not abusing/breaking that because of the angles; rather disassemble and be safe.

I misread...this is a ratchet not a wrench. Ez red might have something like that but meh.

MAC use to sell those but got rid of them. Cornwell is the only brand state side that still offers them. I've had the long Matco double flex joint for some time but have yet to come across a situation where I'd need them. I do use the single flex high performance version all the time though.

So far I have only got one use for it. Doing rear struts on a 163. Makes the job so much faster.

Old thread, but I found it before making an offer on a 3/4" Mac version of these wrenches. The post above cemented it, as there are 19mm bolts and nuts surrounded by a bunch of stuff when doing brakes and struts on my vehicles.

The thing is, you can use these types of wrenches just the same as you would a single flex ratcheting wrench, so you're not giving anything up – just adding a feature that you never know you'll need – until you need it.

Got the wrench for $16, including shipping. Never been used. Still in the tool truck wrapper. The Cornwell version of this on their website is $40.

Did I NEED it? Probably not, as I've done f/r brakes and rear struts without it. But I could see where it could come in handy. There are 19mm bolts all over both my vehicles. Probably some I haven't yet encountered. And of all the metric/SAE equivalents, 3/4 and 19mm are the closest. At that price, it seemed like a no-brainer purchase, to me.
