Those old tilting table saws aren't very accurate. If you want a saw you can use, get one with a tilting arbor instead.

Eh I don't think I'd use it more then for 2x4's or 6's I don't have a huge space and I like the old belt driven stuff

The 3/4 is cool. I've got two of these, not 3/4, stacked in my garage. I plan to get atleast one going. They are not rare. I don't feel your offer is way off, nor is the asking. No miter guage either, but the cast fence is cool. Good luck and there is no reason not to really use that saw. Generations of craftsmen have.

That saw's arbor tilts (there is a picture of the adjustment gage).

Actually that saw isn't a bad saw at all. Accuracy isn't terrible if you pay attention to what you are doing. The biggest issue with the one listed is the wings are missing on both sides and the miter is missing. With both those missing, it is worth 20-30.
