When i first started using wedge anchors (red heads) I had some pull out during install, turns out like has been said, it was due to wobbling and not drilling very straight. Just have to be very straight and don't wobble is key.

I agree. I've learned a lot in the past week or so about anchor systems.

Update: I got the 4 kits from Amazon.com in, the Lowes.com sent me an email that they were back ordered indefinitely. I called the number given if I wanted to wait on the order. The lady was quite helpful. She searched the stores in y area and could not find them. I asked her to look Nation wide. She found them and was able to get the store to physically check the date on the kits and send them to me at the same price, $7.20 plus about $6.00 shipping. That's still about $10 per kit less than local. I should be getting a confirmation shortly. Now I have to do some shopping for the studs to bolt the hoist columns down with and order an I-beam for the cross bar.
